I want to make this a place where I can share tips, tricks and strategies to help people. My three areas of focus are building Gods kingdom, helping you to live a better life, and preparing for the future. I’m not going to just use hype around everything in the news or tell you that the sky is falling every time. I want to stay focused on the everyday small solutions we can all do. From time to time i may talk about some of the problems but that is only to talk about what we can do about them or help to motivate you to work on your life.
I also believe that me like all Christians are exiles like the Jewish people living in Babylon. We are commanded to live a good life like Jeremiah said in his letter to the exiles: “Build houses and live in them; plant gardens and eat their produce. Take wives and have sons and daughters; take wives for your sons, and give your daughters in marriage, that they may bear sons and daughters; multiply there, and do not decrease. But seek the welfare of the city where I have sent you into exile, and pray to the Lord on its behalf, for in its welfare you will find your welfare. For thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: Do not let your prophets and your diviners who are among you deceive you, and do not listen to the dreams that they dream, for it is a lie that they are prophesying to you in my name; I did not send them, declares the Lord.”
That is why I start ever video saying hello exiles and my tagline is “join me on the journey to use God’s gifts to grow his kingdom, prepare for the future and live a better life.”
