This year, 2023, my word of the year was “tribe.” I had two things in mind. First, I wanted to grow my preparedness group. Second, I wanted to put together a group of men that would give each other advice. I failed at both of them. I think that the primary reasons that I failed were because I didn’t hold myself accountable and didn’t hold the preparedness group accountable to meet their goals. Next year, 2024, I will strive to do better. I want to first ask people in my group to hold me accountable. Then, I will help them to do the same.
